In addition, Freeman & Fuson represented a young lady who had slipped and fell at a local grocery store due to a leaking coffee pot near the pharmacy. The coffee pot had been leaking for quite some time and complaints had been made about that, but the grocery store did nothing until after our client sustained serious injuries.
